Return & Refund Policy

SM Auto Express Return policy is valid for 30 days after you receive your merchandise. If your item is damaged in transit, works incorrectly or anything else is wrong with your package we will refund your item immediately if you’d like. We may ask you to send back your package with it’s original contents. We may ask you to send pictures of the item. Once we are notified of your defective merchandise we will ship you out a replacement order within 3-7 business days (See Shipping Policy).

If you are no longer interested in your item you have (30) days to send it back un-opened inside of it’s original packaging in exchange for a full refund.
